There are more than 2,400 real estate offices in Orange County. About 63% of them have one to four employees. 3.3% have 50 to 99 workers.

Two have 500 or more employees. Newport Beach has more real estate offices than any OC city, with 295.

Irvine takes the No. 2 spot, with 285. Huntington Beach is No. 3, with 178 (see Special Report, page 21).
