Costa Mesa-based Veritone Inc. (Nasdaq: VERI) decreased 7% to $28.81 and a $911 million market cap. Shares in the artificial intelligence media company were up 25% last week after it closed a $63.8 million upsized public offering of common stock.
MEDICAL DEVICES
Avid Bioservices Inc. (Nasdaq: CDMO) climbed 5.6% to $11.08 and a $631 million market cap. The Tustin-based contract biologics manufacturer last week commenced an underwritten public offering of its common stock. Shares for the company are up 43% in the past three months.
