OC has seen several high-dollar home sales in the first few weeks of 2020, local brokers say.
“It’s been a strong start to the year,” said Lee Ann Canaday, of Canaday Group & Re/Max Fine Homes.
Buyers demographics are also diversifying, she said, with interest from out-of-state and some foreign investment.
