Infinite RF Holdings Inc. in Irvine bought on undisclosed terms L-Com Inc., a maker of custom computer networking equipment in North Andover, Mass.
Infinite RF supplies radio frequency components to military, aerospace, telecommunications and electronics customers.
The deal adds, “quick-turn custom manufacturing [for] customers who need technical support and high quality products in a hurry,” to Infinite RF’s offerings said Chief Executive Terry Jarnigan.
Windjammer Capital Investors in Newport Beach sold Infinite RF in June to San Francisco private equity firm Genstar Capital.
Genstar owned the Pasternack and Fairview brands serving similar clients and the newly combined operations have about 100,000 global customers.
Genstar invests $50 million to $300 million in companies with enterprise values of $50 million to $1 billion.
