Intracorp closed on an Irvine parcel that will hold 178 apartment units. It’s also building in Fullerton.
The Vancouver-based developer paid $13.1 million for its new Irvine site.
LBA Realty sold the land, which currently holds a 48,000-square-foot industrial building.
