Huntington Beach-based insurance brokerage Confie has acquired three brokerages on undisclosed terms.
Two of the brokerages are in New York—Schunke Insurance Agency Inc. in West Seneca and Reynolds & Reynolds Agency Inc. in Bellport.
King Auto Agency LLC is in Dallas.
Confie has acquired more than 80 businesses since inception in 2008 with a focus on serving Latino Americans. It has more than $470 million in revenue and 6about 70 locations in the U.S.
