Newport Beach-based Bixby Land Co. bought nearly 900,000 square feet of industrial space in Atlanta and Dallas on undisclosed terms.
The acquisition adds three properties—two vacant logistics center and a fully leased office building—to the company’s portfolio, which now totals more than 8 million square feet.
Bixby has about 1.4 million square feet of space in OC, roughly three-fourths of it industrial with the remaining as offices.
