Banc of California in Irvine has been named the official bank of the Los Angeles Rams Foundation.
It’s the bank’s third partnership this year with a Los Angeles sports franchise, deals that include a $100 million naming rights for the Los Angeles Football Club’s new soccer stadium and being named official bank of Los Angeles 2024, a group working to bring the Olympics and Paralympic Games to the U.S.
The Rams partnership will focus on expanding economic opportunity, access to capital and financial literacy across Los Angeles.
“We are honored to be able to work alongside the Rams players, coaches and front office staff to create meaningful impact across Los Angeles’ diverse communities,” said Steven Sugarman, chairman and chief executive officer.
Banc of California has more than $10 billion in assets and employs 848 locally and 1,716 companywide.
