Slow Job Growth Ahead in OC: CSUF

Economy seen growing 2.4% next year

Orange County will see slow job growth over the next two years while housing construction in Southern California remains weak, according to California State University, Fullerton economists.
The economists, Anil Puri and Mira Farka, head the Woods Center for Economic Analysis and Forecasting,  which released its annual economic forecast today.
On the national front, the CSUF economists project the economy will expand 2.1% this year and 2.4% in 2026 before narrowing to 2.2% in 2027.
