Irvine automaker Kia Motors America gets a new president next month.
The company appointed Michael Cole president, starting Nov. 11. Cole is currently its chief operating officer and executive vice president; before that he worked for Kia in Europe.
Cole will report to Sean Yoon, who previously oversaw the Kia Motors America business and is now president and CEO of the company’s U.S.-Canada-Mexico regional arm, Kia Motors North America.
