Laura’s publishing career began in New York where she published television industry trade magazines both domestically and internationally. While in New York, she was part of a team that launched a 400,000 circulation consumer newsstand magazine in conjunction with the ICD Hearst Corp. before moving to California to take a position with Advanstar Corp.

Laura has been with the Orange County Business Journal since 1996 and is very proud of how the business journal has grown throughout the years to become a “must read” for Orange County business executives. As chairwoman of six major events which include Women in Business, CFO of the Year, General Counsel Awards, Family-Owned Business Awards, Innovator of the Year Awards and Family-Owned Business Awards, Laura continues to look forward to building an even greater footprint in this dynamic and innovative "Community of Business".
