Rozo brings over a decade of experience in tax compliance, planning, and consulting. She specializes in residential and commercial real estate and has extensive knowledge of the tax implications of real estate transactions, credit and deduction opportunities, including purchases and sales of land and/or buildings, §1031 Like-Kind Exchanges, partnership interest transfers and purchases, Opportunity Zone Credits, Low-Income Housing Credits, and cost segregation studies. Rozo also provides tax compliance and planning services to high-net-worth individuals.
Rozo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from California State University, Fullerton. She is a Certified Public Accountant and an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
