Taylor Design, an architectural design, interior design, strategic planning, medical planning, and design strategy practice, recently made two key hires in its growing San Diego office.
Corazon Roush, AIA, AICP, has joined Taylor Design as a Medical Planning Director, bringing expertise in healthcare planning and strategic design. Based in San Diego, she offers deep knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations that impact operations and design. Bringing her visionary insight, she will support medical, strategic, and facility planning initiatives across the firm’s five offices. Roush holds a Master of City and Regional Planning from Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Science in architecture from the University of the Philippines.
Jamie Huffman, Assoc. AIA, LEED AP, My Green Lab Ambassador, has joined the firm as a Science + Technology Project Director. Based in San Diego, Huffman brings deep expertise in laboratory and research facility planning, with a strong background in managing complex science and manufacturing projects. A Syracuse University architecture graduate and I2SL member, Huffman champions sustainable, people-centered lab design with a personal commitment to end-user support and building meaningful relationships. In this role, Huffman will lead lab planners and architects to drive innovative project design and delivery within the firm’s science + technology sector.
