SRS has added veteran retail broker Mike Hieshima as Senior Vice President and opened a Santa Barbara office, expanding its Southern California retail platform.
With more than 38 years and nearly 2,000 transactions in retail real estate, Hieshima will lead the new office, and is joined by Caden Westwick as an Associate. The Santa Barbara location will operate as an extension of SRS’s Southern California team.
“SRS continues to expand our national platform in key markets by adding the best talent in the business,” said President Garrett Colburn, noting Hieshima has helped shape many of Southern California’s leading retail centers.
