Preservation Equity Fund Advisors, LLC (PEF Advisors) is an affiliate of the WNC & Associates, Inc. (WNC) family of companies with a focus on acquiring and preserving existing affordable housing in high-cost markets through private equity funding. An ever-growing team, PEF Advisors is pleased to announce the addition of two new hires: Jake Drexl and Sam Manoochehri.
Jake Drexl, CPA, joins PEF Advisors as Director of Fund Management. With eight years of affordable housing experience, Drexl specializes in accounting and fund management. As Director, he is responsible for PEF Advisors’ fund management services including capital call requests, distributions, quarterly reporting, investor reporting, compliance audits, financial statement audits and tax returns.
PEF Advisors also welcomes Sam Manoochehri as the Director of Acquisitions. A graduate of California State University Northridge, he brings more than 12 years of multifamily experience on both the debt and principal side of the business to his role. As Director of Acquisitions, Manoochehri is responsible for sourcing and closing new investment opportunities for the organization.
