Tricia Dow, Tyler Mahon and Tevya Weithal have been named Principals at Marsh McLennan Agency, recognizing their contributions to the firm and their leadership.
Tricia Dow joined MMA in 2011 with over 25 years of industry experience. As a Client Executive in the business insurance division, Dow provides strategic consulting and industry-specific risk management solutions to her clients. With experience in a number of business sectors, she has specialized in food and beverage, manufacturing and aerospace. Prior to MMA, Dow authored The Commercial Sales & Marketing System for Farmers Insurance Group where she conducted training for their national sales force. Dow serves as a leader in the firm’s food practice group where experts come together to share best practices and trends impacting the industry. She is a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and currently serves on the board for Mariposa Women and Family Center.
Tyler Mahon joined MMA in 2017 bringing 10 years of experience, previously working in sales for ancillary benefits. As a Client Executive in the employee health and benefits division, Mahon helps clients identify their benefits needs and crafts tailored solutions that keep pace with the changing market and needs of employees. As healthcare trends impact costs and the needs of today’s workforce evolve, he works to provide employers with custom benefits programs that attract and retain talent. Mahon’s time serving as vice president of client development at Hoag Executive Health center prior to MMA helps contribute to his healthcare industry expertise. He holds the Voluntary Benefits Specialist (VBS) professional designation from Hartford School of Insurance.
Tevya Weinthal joined MMA in 2005, having previously worked in the technology industry for 8 years. As a Client Executive in the business insurance division, Tevya is responsible
for new business sales, maintenance of new accounts, and relationship development with varying industry prospects and clients of the firm. Tevya’s experience working in the technology industry plays a significant role in his knowledge of the space and the unique needs of technology clients. He has also dedicated his career to learning the ins and outs of the life science industry and supporting growing businesses within the life science space. Tevya has been the Co-Chair of the Orange County mentoring program for MMA’s resource
group in support of women of the firm, Growth in Relationships and Opportunities for Women (GROW), and has had a significant impact on many of our colleagues. Tevya holds the AAI (Accredited Advisor in Insurance) designation.
