Gibson is involved in tax planning and tax structuring and compliance services for various companies and individuals including multi-state corporations, international corporations, personal service corporations, and real estate developers.
Gibson has over 25 years of experience in public accounting and five years of experience in private industry. He is a graduate of California State University, Fullerton with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, an emphasis in Accounting and a Master of Arts in History, an emphasis in foreign policy in the Nixon Administration.
