Jefferson Chen is a tax partner with a focus on navigating complex tax strategies that maximize tax savings and wealth preservation while mitigating potential risks. Mr. Chen specializes in tax compliance, consulting, and controversy for high-net-worth individuals, private equity funds, hedge funds, real estate funds, fund managers, cannabis companies, and small businesses.
Joshua Pena is an assurance partner that provides financial statement audits and reviews, as well as accounting advisory services, for private and publicly held companies in a variety of industries, including renewable energy, aviation, digital advertising, and cannabis. Mr. Pena’s experience includes initial public offerings, complex debt and equity transactions, business combinations, stock-based compensation expense, and revenue recognition under ASC 606.
