Sara Schlau has been promoted to counsel at Latham & Watkins LLP in Costa Mesa, effective January 1. A member of the Executive Compensation, Employment & Benefits Practice and Tax Department, she advises public and private companies and private equity funds on the employee benefits and compensation aspects of corporate transactions including M&A, corporate financings, and initial public offerings (IPOs).
