GuzmanGray is pleased to announce the appointment of Morimasa Ueda, CPA, as Assurance Partner, effective July 14, 2024. Ueda will lead GuzmanGray’s Japanese Service Group. His appointment supports the firm’s strategic growth in PCAOB audit services and reaffirms its deep commitment to serving Japanese companies listed on NASDAQ.

Ueda brings more than 30 years of professional experience, including two decades at Ernst & Young (EY), where he most recently served as a Partner serving Japanese clients. A fluent Japanese speaker and highly experienced PCAOB auditor, Ueda has built a distinguished career advising publicly traded companies on complex accounting, auditing, and regulatory matters.
