Dr. Tiffany Mitchell Psy. D., a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in the social impact sector, has joined the Orangewood team as Chief Program Officer. Her expertise lies in developing and implementing innovative programs that promote physical, emotional, and relational health among youth – a key focus area for Orangewood Foundation. Prior to joining, she served as the Executive Vice President Chief Operating Officer at Lutheran Social Services of Southern California, where she led cross-functional teams and spearheaded strategic initiatives. Dr. Mitchell, holding a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy and a Doctorate in Applied Clinical Psychology, brings a profound understanding of youth development complexities. Committed to fostering self-sufficiency in youth, she aligns with Orangewood’s mission to enhance initiatives in health, wellness, housing, life skills, employment, and education.
