CBB is pleased to announce the appointment of Tim Cody as Chief Lending Officer, bringing more than 35 years of lending experience across Southern California. A respected banking executive, Tim has demonstrated strong leadership in credit management, portfolio oversight, and strategic growth. His understanding of local markets and long-standing relationships position him to deliver sound underwriting, effective risk management, and consistent lending results aligned with CBB’s commitment to client service.
Tim most recently served as Executive Vice President of Loans at a community bank in Tustin, where he oversaw commercial, real estate, and construction lending, along with credit administration and portfolio performance. Known as a strategic thinker and trusted advisor, he combines analytical expertise with practical insight to deliver tailored financial solutions, strengthen client relationships, and support sustainable growth.
He holds degrees from California State University, Long Beach and the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington. His knowledge of Southern California markets enhances CBB’s ability to provide responsive service and localized decision-making.
As Chief Lending Officer, Tim will lead credit strategy and support disciplined portfolio growth. His leadership will strengthen underwriting standards, deepen client relationships, and advance CBB’s mission of prudent growth and long-term value creation.
