Kittredge’s expertise includes audits, mergers and acquisitions, and consulting for clients in the technology and consumer business industries.
As a trusted advisor, Kittredge emphasizes an integrated go-to-market approach across markets, industries and sectors, evolving RSM’s service offerings to meet the dynamic needs of the capital markets. He provides practical solutions for clients navigating U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting, public debt offerings and private equity transactions. He also advises on technical accounting matters related to internal controls, revenue recognition and other complex issues.
