With more than 30 years of experience, José Ho, LEED AP BD+C brings a rare breadth of creativity shaped by architecture, interiors, furniture, and experiential design. He leads design across complex multifamily and mixed-use developments with strategic focus, delivering projects with clarity, fiscal responsibility, and a deep commitment to client vision.
Duc Huynh contributes over 25 years of architectural and design expertise, known for his ability to conceptualize big ideas and translate them into compelling, real-world destinations. His experience spans across several sectors including restaurants, specialty retail, entertainment, mixed-use, hospitality, and commercial developments.
Thanh Trinh is a leader within AO’s mixed-use, retail, and hospitality studios, bringing more than two decades of experience on high-profile projects across the U.S. and internationally. Known for his strengths in design innovation, project leadership, and creative insight, he builds trusted, collaborative relationships that consistently drive exceptional outcomes.
