Nesha Crossman joins All For Kids as the new Chief Development Officer. With 25+ years in nonprofit leadership and consulting across higher education, human services, global development, and faith-based nonprofits, she has helped raise more than $50 million for mission-driven causes. A relationship-builder and data-driven strategist, Crossman has a heart for serving the most vulnerable. She holds a B.A. from UC Riverside and is a Disney Leadership Excellence graduate.
