Founded in 1995, the fire, life safety and security contractor was listed in Inc. 5000’s 2007 list of Fastest Growing Private Companies. It has offices in Arizona, California, Colorado, Louisiana, Mississippi and Washington. The 61-month lease was valued at $857,407. Aaron Denike and Frank Rivas of VSI Realty Services represented the tenant. Johnny Eubanks, Chuck Noble and Dave Hunsaker of Lee & Associates-Orange Inc. represented landlord Dan Llyod.
