The first of what’s expected to be more than 50 fitness studios in Saudi Arabia under Irvine-based Xponential Fitness’ brand umbrella opened Wednesday.
Xponential Fitness is a multi-brand fitness franchisor with a portfolio of more than 1,600 locations across the Club Pilates, CycleBar, StretchLab, Row House, AKT, YogaSix, Pure Barre and Stride concepts.
The five newly opened studios in Saudi Arabia are Club Pilates, Pure Barre, CycleBar, YogaSix and AKT. They are housed within the EVOX Clubs in Riyadh. EVOX separates its facilities for men and women, with the women’s EVOX getting all five Xponential brands, while the men’s club has a CycleBar.
The openings mark the start of a master franchise agreement struck last summer that’s expected to expand the company’s brand footprint with more than 50 locations over the next several years.
