The 16,122-square-foot property is at 10 Mauchly in Irvine.

TP-Link USA plans to use the space for its corporate headquarters, according to CoStar Group Inc.

Brian Bennett of Kidder Mathews represented the buyer. Gregg Haly and Tyler Haly of CBRE Group Inc. represented the seller.
