BC2 Environmental, a provider of environmental and geotechnical drilling services, signed two five-year leases at 1150 and 1250 W. Trenton Ave. in Orange for $2.1 million.

The two industrial manufacturing facilities total 34,215 square feet, including 3,600 square feet of office space, according to Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services.

Brokers involved in the deal included Bryan Miller and Jim Snyder of Lee & Associates.

Miller represented the owner, Sukut Real Properties.
