San Juan Capistrano-based trade show producer Emerald Expositions Inc. will add some of the largest events in the U.S. to its portfolio with a pending $335 million acquisition of George Little Management LLC in White Plains, N.Y.
Emerald Expositions was known as Nielsen Expositions before its purchase by Toronto-based private equity firm Onex Corp. for $950 million earlier this year.
George Little Management produces 20 tradeshows a year, including four of the top 100 in the U.S., according to the company.
Emerald Expositions produces more than 65 tradeshows and conference events annually.
