Irvine-based staffing firm CyberCoders Inc. has agreed to be acquired by On Assignment Inc. for $94 million, with the potential for an additional $11 million in milestone payments.
Calabasas-based On Assignment is a professional placement services firm with about 130 offices globally. Its stock traded down about 1.5% to a market value of $1.8 billion.
CyberCoders Chief Executive Heidi Golledge and Chief Technology Officer Matt Miller will continue to oversee the company’s local operations.
On Assignment said it expects CyberCoders to notch about $55 million in 2013 revenue.
CyberCoders ranked No. 39 on the Business Journal’s 2012 list of Fastest Growing Private Companies based in Orange County, with an estimated $39.1 million in revenue.
