The property sits on half an acre of land with a fenced yard, according to data service provider CoStar Group Inc.
Brokers involved in the deal included Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services Inc.’s Curt Stalder, as well as Mike Barreiro of Daum Commercial Real Estate Services.
Stalder represented the seller, while Barreiro represented the buyer.
