Newport Beach-based Festival Fun Parks LLC has acquired Noah’s Ark Waterpark, a Wisconsin Dells, Wis. theme park that bills itself as the country’s largest water park.
Terms were not disclosed.
Noah’s Ark is a 70-acre waterpark with 51 water rides. It is one of the biggest tourist destinations in Wisconsin.
Festival Fun Parks is an affiliate of Palace Entertainment in Newport Beach, which runs 40 family entertainment centers, theme parks and water parks nationwide. Its parks include Castle Park in Riverside, Raging Waters parks throughout California, and Boomers parks in three states.
Noah’s Ark is Palace’s first operation in Wisconsin.
