There are about 27,800 office tenants in Orange County, excluding medical offices. Companies in the finance, insurance and real estate sectors account for about 23% of the total. The majority of all tenants are single-location companies. About 1% have 100 to 249 employees. Nearly 58% have one to four workers (see Special Report: Commercial Real Estate Update, page 23).
