Aliso Viejo-based drug maker Avanir Pharmaceuticals Inc. is moving its headquarters a few blocks up the road within the Summit Office Campus. Avanir is moving to an 118,000-square-foot building at 20 Enterprise, taking 29,790 square feet. The building opened in 2008 and was developed by Aliso Viejo’s Parker Properties. Avanir makes Zenvia, designed to treat uncontrollable crying or laughing episodes. In October, regulators approved Nuedexta, which Avanir is exploring as a potential treatment for chronic pain in diabetics. Drew Netherton and Justin Hodgdon of UGL Services represented Avanir.
