The Warren Family Ministry—part of Rick Warren’s Saddleback Valley Community Church—has acquired an 11,320-square-foot industrial building at 30021 Comercio in Rancho Santa Margarita for $1.8 million, or $159 per square foot. The building was bought from Saddleback Associates. Warren plans to use the building as a production facility for the megachurch, which averages more than 22,000 attendees per week across five campuses in Southern California. The building was put up in 1998 on less than an acre of land. Saddleback church has its main campus on about 120 acres in neighboring Lake Forest.
