P & O; Nedlloyd, one of the world’s largest logistics companies, has signed a $23-million lease for a 549,195-sf building in the Carson Cos.’ Chino South Business Park, increasing Nedlloyd’s total space in the 105-acre park to more than 1.5 million sf. The 10-year lease is for a new class A industrial building constructed by the Carson Cos. at 15710 San Antonio Ave., which P & O; Nedlloyd will use to house its rapidly expanding Southern California warehousing and distribution operations.
