An undisclosed buyer paid $10.2 million to an unnamed seller for a 54-unit apartment complex at 729 S. Knott Ave. in Anaheim. David Levy and Joseph Berkson of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Brokerage Co. represented both parties.
Rodney K. Millen Trust paid $6.4 million to CF Capital LLC for a 67,439-square-foot office building at 1361 Valencia Ave. in Tustin. Darin McDonald and Ted Sawyer of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services Inc. represented the buyer. Dave Desper of CB Richard Ellis represented the seller.
Tomlinson Management paid $4.9 million to Santa Ana-based Triple Net Properties LLC for a 25,981-square-foot office building at 25351 Commercentre Drive in Newport Beach. Jeff Hanson and Ryan Gallagher of Grubb & Ellis Co. and Adam Wicker and Dave Smith of Lee & Associates represented the seller.
An undisclosed real estate developer paid $1.6 million to Key Family Trust for 52,272 square feet of land at 12741 to 12791 Newport Ave. in Tustin. Sharon Browning and Mehran Foroughi with Sperry Van Ness represented both parties.
Leo and Janis Eisel paid $1.3 million to Appleton Family Trust for an 8,742-square-foot industrial building at 1906 Nancita Circle in Placentia. Bryan Miller of Lee & Associates represented the buyer. Tom Gilmer, also of Lee & Associates, represented the seller.

Carpet distributor Moda LLC leased 34,569 square feet of warehouse space at 1922 Barranca Parkway in Irvine. The value of the three-year deal wasn’t disclosed. Konica Minolta Business Solutions USA Inc., a New Jersey-based arm of Japan’s Konica Minolta Holdings Inc., leased 20,112 square feet of research and development space at 11190 Valley View St. in Cypress. The five-year deal is valued at $1.73 million. Jim Tully of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant. Sam Chu, also of CB Richard Ellis, represented landlord Cypress Land Co.
Sheward & Son & Sons, a carpet distributor, leased 15,935 square feet of warehouse space at 3000-A Airway in Costa Mesa. The company plans to move in May. The value of the five-year lease wasn’t disclosed. Bob Griffin of Lee & Associates represented the tenant. Mariners Capital leased 7,000 square feet of office space at 500 Superior Ave. in Newport Beach. Terms of the deal weren’t disclosed. Phil Cohen of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant. Chip Wright, also of CB Richard Ellis, represented landlord New Superior Group LLC.
Century 21 Superstars leased 5,509 square feet of office space at 303 W. Lincoln Ave. in Anaheim. The deal is valued at $450,000.
