The Orange County Business Journal invites nominations for its new recognition honoring the Indispensables: a team member not in the C-Suite but is considered indispensable to their organization. We all have one or more. Someone who is the glue that holds it all together, the go-to person on projects, the spirit that makes the corporate culture special, the unsung heroes.
Nominations may be submitted by company leadership and by colleagues within the organization who wish to recognize a deserving team member. Multiple submissions are welcome. Â
 SUBMISSION DEADLINE: June 15, 2026.
Honoree profiles will be drawn from the materials submitted to the Orange County Business Journal. All submissions will be reviewed by the Orange County Business Journal.
Honorees will be announced in the July 20th issue.
