IN THE NEWS: Company in June raised $75M Series D round with proceeds going toward two large Phase 3 trials, bringing its total funding to date approximately $200M. Believes that SpyGlass’ drug delivery platform will be a “successful FDA-approved commercial product” by 2029. 

NOTABLE: Founded in 2019 by clinician Dr. Malik Kahook and medical device engineer Glenn Sussman, who Mooney has known for more than 20 years through his time in sales at Alcon.
