Baco Realty Buys Anaheim Office for $20 Million

Seller is NY-based Westbrook Partners

Stadium Centre, a six-floor and 123,577-square-foot office building near Angel Stadium, is under new ownership.

San Francisco-based Baco Realty Corp. and Santa Barbara-based Bowis Investment Realty Corp. bought Stadium Centre, located at 2099 S. State College Blvd. in Anaheim, from New York-based Westbrook Partners, for $19.7 million, or $159.41 per square feet, in a tenancy-in-common deal.

Westbrook Partners paid $28.8 million, or $233.05 per square feet, for Stadium Centre in 2018. The real estate investment firm bought the building from New York-based Guggenheim Services LLC.

Tenants at Stadium Centre include Anaheim Visitors Bureau and Rexel USA.

Stadium Centre, built in 1985, is located in Anaheim’s Platinum Triangle, a mixed-use district near Angel Stadium with residences, restaurants and retail.
