Irvine-based Shimmick Corp. (Nasdaq: SHIM), a builder of large water infrastructure projects, has named Todd Yoder executive vice president and chief financial officer, effective April 14.
Prior to joining Shimmick, Yoder served as executive vice president and CFO at Shikun & Binui America, Inc. and Shikun & Binui Concessions USA.
Amanda Mobley, interim CFO, has been appointed Shimmick’s chief accounting officer, the company said in a statement today.
Shares in Shimmick rose 2.9% to $1.41 apiece for a market cap of $48 million after the announcement.
