Snow: Lenders Threat to Economy

U.S. Treasury Secretary John Snow on Thursday told Congress the investment activities of mortgage finance giants Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac could threaten the economy if unchecked, but said he did not support absolute caps on that profit-making business.
