LEASE

C&D Zodiac Inc. recently signed a lease at 11240 Warland Drive in Cypress.

The 85,773-square-foot industrial space will hold C&D Zodiac’s aircraft division with more than 200 employees, according to real estate brokerage Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services Inc.

Terms of the lease were undisclosed.

Brokers involved in the deal included Lee & Associates’ Frank Adler and Jeff Hirsch.

Adler and Hirsch represented the tenant while Klabin Co. represented the landlord, Warland Investments Co.
