Newport Beach Private Equity Firm Gets Anaheim “Impulse” Manufacturer

Newport Beach-based private equity firm ClearLight Partners LLC today acquired Evriholder Products LLC, a household products manufacturer in Anaheim.

Terms were undisclosed.

Evriholder makes items ranging from vegetable peelers to toothbrush holders, a category of merchandise called “impulse” products.

The company works with product developers and arranges for the manufacture and distribution of merchandise. It also licenses various brands, including Campbell’s Soup, Crayola and others, for use in its product lineup.

Evriholder does not make its financial data public.

“We’re excited about working with them to continue their record of innovation, growth, and happy customers,” Michael S. Kaye, managing partner at ClearLight, said in a statement.

ClearLight has $600 million of assets under management.
