Santa Ana-based Ingram Micro Inc. was up 10% to $26.91 and a $4.2 billion market cap after reporting slightly higher adjusted profits yesterday that also beat analyst estimates.
Irvine-based Lombard Medical Inc. was up 4% to $4.01 and a $65 million market cap. The maker of stents to treat abdominal aortic aneurysms said it would buy a development-stage competitor based in Menlo Park for up to $50.5 million in cash and stock.
