Crude oil increased 0.5% to $72.01.
Gold fell 0.8% to $1,814.30.
The yield on a 10-year Treasury rose 1.2% to 1.3%.
TECHNOLOGY
Irvine-based WM Technology Inc. (Nasdaq: MAPS), the parent to Weedmaps, fell 7% to $14.22 for a market cap of $1.8 billion. The company, which acts as a search platform for local dispensaries and other information, was trading on volume higher than its daily average Friday. It went public last month through a reverse merger that yielded it $579 million in proceeds.
Indie Semiconductor Inc. (Nasdaq: INDI) shares rose 5.5% to $9.37 for a market cap of $1.3 billion. The Aliso Viejo-based auto tech company, which went public in a June reverse merger, was trading on volume above its daily average.
