Infinite Electronics, a global supplier of electronic components, said today it had agreed to acquire Netherlands-based Cable Connectivity Group, a supplier of cables, ready-to-connect cable systems and cable accessories, expanding the Irvine firm’s presence in the European market.
Financial terms were not released. The acquisition, expected to be completed between January and March of next year, will mark Infinite’s first international expansion.
“This acquisition will provide us the unique opportunity to expand our business in both the European and North American markets, and offer significant possibilities to grow together,” said Infinite Electronics President and Chief Executive Officer, Penny Cotner.
