Irvine-based Accurate Background Inc. hired President and Chief Operating Officer Tim Dowd, Chief Product Officer Alek Zdziarski and Chief Technology Officer Connie Suoo.
The company provides employment and workforce screening services, including international background screening, drug testing and health screening, according to its website.
It increased annual revenue from $25 million two years ago to $68 million in June. The company ranked No. 39 out of 74 companies last year on the Business Journal’s fastest growing private companies list in the midsize category.
“The expansion of our executive team will allow us to continue to support rapid growth and drive unparalleled service,” Chief Executive Dave Dickerson said in a press release.
Dowd had served on Accurate Background’s board of directors for the past two years and has held operating roles and board positions at similar companies in the industry. Zdziarski was formerly CTO of Atlanta-based mobile engagement company mGage LLC, and Suoo joins the company from her role as senior vice president of engineering at Tempe-based identity-theft protection company LifeLock Inc.
