The yield on a 10-year Treasury jumped 4.2% to 2.8010%.
The price of gold was down 0.6% to $1,972.60 an ounce.
The price of oil climbed 0.4% to $104.61 per barrel.

MDxHealth SA (Nasdaq:MDXH) rose 5.6% to $7.85 per share for a $126.3 million market cap after Zacks Investment Research upgraded the Belgium and Irvine-based diagnostics company from a “sell” rating to a “hold” rating on Tuesday.
Irvine-based cancer test maker Oncocyte Corp. (Nasdaq: OCX) fell 3.9% to $1.22 per share and a $112.5 million market cap after it announced yesterday a $35 million securities offering.
